Not heavy duty material. But does the trick for a first grade backpack. Doubting the zipper will last all year but for the price it’s worth it.Design is cool the book bag is just a little smaller than I thought but I am sure my grandson will love itMy Pokémon living son likes the backpack. Been using for a few months and no complaints.She love it! It was a great suprice!It shipped vacuum packed so it’s pretty wrinkled, but I think it will smooth out after use. The material is kind of cheap, but will be fine for a kid. The print looks good and my kid loves it. Overall, not bad.Edit: upon further inspection, and comparing it to other backpacks we got…I’m lowering to 3 stars. It’s REALLY cheap quality and while the print itself is vibrant, there is what looks like a pen line or some sort of mark in it. I’ll be surprised if this makes it a month without breakingI paid a decent amount for this bookbag, which I figured I would since it's Pokemon but it's a lot smaller then the average school bookbag and the material is thin and cheap.My son loved this backpack. It's very roomy for his needs. He is in 2nd grade and brings home a notebook, folder, sweatshirt, and still has lots of extra room if you needed to tote around a laptop, textbook, etc. He often stuffs his lunch box inside with plenty of room. Also has two mesh pouches on the sides, both pretty sturdy, we use them to hold his face mask and water bottle. Overall we are very happy with the purchase!Will be returning. Way too small for a fourth grader's backpack. And it looks cheaply made, the image isn't as bright as in the pics.
