My 8 year old granddaughter and myself go to the pool in the summer. This was perfect!!! She had a pocket for sunscreen, another pocket for her water bottle. Inside there was enough room for her towel, change of clothes and shoes, pool toys with room to spare! The topper was backpack straps! She carried it overtime we went to the pool. I would but this again and recommend it.Very pleased with my purchase it was the perfect item to carry my belongings in during my beach vacation.??It’s very lightweight, and we love the waterproof pocket! It has plenty of space for extra towels!Nice size swim backpack. I like the little pockets on the outside. One has a zipper for extra security. Very light weight. I would recommend it.I loved the design of this bag almost perfect if it wasn't because of thoes straps that are so uncomfortable and the low quality the plastic hardware isUpdate: I originally gave this backpack 2 stars, and now I have to downgrade it to 1 star because both of the straps broke! Even though I didn't love it after my first time using it, I hate wasting money and decided to use it a few more times, and on my FOURTH time using it, both straps broke. Also, the stitching on one of the outer pockets came undone at the bottom. Very low quality bag, and one of my worst purchases ever.I wanted a light backpack with a water bottle pocket for Disney World and thought this would be good. However, although I like a few features of this bag, I regretted the purchase overall because the straps are so uncomfortable. There's absolutely no padding and the texture of the straps is so rough that I couldn't stand it against my bare skin (I don't have sensitive skin) and avoided wearing anything sleeveless with it. After one day of using it at Disney, I ditched it for my son's backpack. The water bottle pocket is also a little too short for larger water bottles to remain secure. I like how it has a waterproof pocket, but wish the zipper/access to it was inside the bag, not outside the bag, to help prevent theft.These bags are great! Much higher quality then expected. They seem to be pretty durable and can fit quite a bit inside. My kids can fit a smaller soccer ball inside, as well as their socks, shin guards, cleats, and small water bottle.
